$395 per night for the first two guests, with additional guests @ $30 per person per night.  A $90 cleaning fee applies to all bookings. A 2 night minimum applies unless by arrangement.  All costs are in NZD and include Goods & Services Tax (GST). A $200 deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance due at least 30 days prior to arrival.  All payments are fully refundable until 30 days out from arrival.
